Fastscribe offers its clients their archived reports on a revolving basis, at no additional cost, for a period of 60 days from the date of transcription.

All the transcribed files will reside on our “secure” server and clients can download them using their individual user accounts from our server by the click of a key through the help of a highly “user friendly” interface provided on our website. Since the client will have a working copy of each report in their possession, all reports past the 60-day mark will have an associated retrieval charge.
